Vogue Williams has issued a bombshell statement amid rumours she has split from her husband Spencer Matthews, as fans rushed to the comment section to have their say

Vogue Williams has addressed speculation she has split from her husband Spencer Matthews. The pair have been subjected to rumours about the state of their marriage for weeks and now, Vogue has hit back.

Sharing a string of pictures of the pair together, Vogue insisted there was no chance of the pair splitting – as she admitted she was most worried about her kids hearing the rumours at school. She began: “It’s with great sadness that I have to let you know that Spen and I are NOT breaking up!

“I usually avoid addressing baseless and cruel rumours but this just keeps coming up. It’s disappointing to see this narrative being pushed almost daily when it’s absolutely not true and much more importantly I don’t want my children hearing these lies in the playground,” she wrote.

“We’re not sure what the angle is or where it’s coming from but the whole thing feels very strange and mean. We’re very happily married and in love and I hope posting the truth on my own platform might make it stop.”

Spencer and Vogue have been married for years, but speculation about the state of their relationship began when they failed to publicly mark their fifth wedding anniversary and admitted to having “tiffs” with one another.

Just a few weeks before that, their marriage was under the spotlight when Vogue revealed how they separated their family jobs. She had said: “In the nicest way possible, I would say I fix the broken radiator and I do the school run. I would say I do 80 percent of what goes on. We’ve actually been having a slight little tiff about that this morning, about the stuff that I do.”

In a chat earlier this month, Spencer exclusively revealed to The Mirror that he was worried about losing Vogue at one point in their romance. He explained of finally ditching his wild ways to settle down: “Vogue was a massive factor in my wanting to change.

“I wanted to be better for her, initially. I thought I would lose her. There was never any pressure from her per se, I could just see disappointment in her eyes. I care enormously about my relationship, my love for her. I wanted to make her proud initially so that was a driving factor. She’s an incredible mother and a beautiful wife and I feel very lucky to be married to her.”

Vogue and Spencer share Theodore, six, Gigi, four, and two-year-old Otto together. Speaking about balancing all the kids’ commitments, she said: “I am in two groups, three, one for nursery, two for the kids’ school, because Theodore and Gigi are in different years, and there is so much stuff coming in all the time that I just sometimes feel quite overwhelmed by it.

“But today I was like I’ll drop Gigi and Titi off and then I’ll come back and take Otto to his class because I have the morning off, best mum ever. Then what I’ll do is I’ll go to Gigi and Titi’s assembly, which it said is at 10.30am.”

She added: “There I am, standing at Playball, while Otto is not listening to a single word that I say. And I got a text off a mum in T’s class and she was sending me all of these videos of T in assembly and doing his gymnastics. I had got the time wrong, and we have been practicing the lines all the way to school and I got it wrong.

“Then when I went to see Gigi’s one, at the end they’re like, ‘Oh, go and you’ve got five minutes with your parents for cuddles’, and I was like, ‘Oh sweet Jesus, what did he do for the five minutes of cuddles’, I wasn’t there, I felt so guilty, I dropped the ball.”
